William C. Gennaro, age 50, of Flushing, New York passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 14, 2023. Beloved husband of Michelle. Loving father of William. Cherished brother of Mary ( Matthew ) Beverly and Thomas Gennaro. Adored uncle of Alexis, Alyssa, Gina, Hannah, Marissa and Thomas Jr. Devoted son-in- law of Charlie & Gladys Ortiz. Dear brother-in-law of Charles Ortiz Jr. and Amanda Chernaskey. Predeceased by his parents Gaetano and Angela Gennaro.
The family will receive friends during the visitation for William on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St Ann RC Church, 142-30 58th Avenue, Flushing, NY 11355. Cremation to follow at All Soul's Crematory 72-02 Astoria Blvd., East Elmhurst, NY.
