Thomas is survived by his sister Gladys M. Yan, his sister Joyce M. Joyce, his brother James Chin, his brother Morris Chin and his sister Lucille Len; his nephew James Chin, Jr., his nephew Frank Ng, Sr., his nephew Kent Ng, his nephew John R. Seewald, Jr., his nephew Michael Chin, his nephew Jeffrey R. Seewald, his nephew Robert Yan, Jr., his nephew Daniel Chin, his nephew Edward Len, his nephew Michael Len and his niece Jessica Len.
Thomas was preceded in death by his father Fook Fee Chin and his mother King Fong Moy; his sister Nancy Chin-Gonzalez and his brother Douglas Chin.
A visitation for Thomas will be held Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A funeral mass will occur Friday, July 8, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at St. Nicholas of Tolentine R.C. Church, 150-75 Goethals Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11432. An interment will occur Friday, July 8, 2022 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, 164-15 Booth Memorial Avenue, Fresh Meadows, NY 11365.
