I grew up with Marcus' YouTube content. Many nights in High School spent laughing and enjoying his humor and insight on the gaming medium. 

He will be incredibly missed, loved his content and still do.

Leaving this here since it’s been exactly 1 year since the world has lost Marcus. My condolences and thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

While I didn’t know Marcus personally, I knew him from his videos as Armake21 and he made a huge impact on my life. I watched his videos as an impressionable pre teen/teen in the late 2000’s with a really tough home life,  and they had a big hand in shaping my personality and interests. His videos and humor got me thru some of the saddest, and most confusing times in my life growing up. I’ll forever and always be thankful and indebted to him  for what he created, and what he meant to me as a kid, now adult. The world truly lost one of the greats, and there’ll never be another like him. 

Rest in Peace Marcus, and thank you Armake for all the years of laughs. May god rest his soul.

A pioneer of his time. Before gaming culture was popularized, there he was reliving the the frustration from the 80s and 90s for our entertainment. Rest easy, man. Never forgotten.

Marcus had a hilarious knack for comedy as I loved his YouTube video under his handle Armake21. His video game reviews were out of this world in terms on humor and he’ll alway remain my favorite. Rest In Peace Marcus Sparacio aka Armake21.

Just found out about this now, very sad as Armake21 was one of the first video game reviewers I ever watched on Youtube(Even before AVGN I think)Marcus had a way with words and I got a lot of enjoyment out of his videos. He will be missed.

When I was ten years old, I was scrolling through Youtube for videos on The Terminator, having just seen the movie for the first time. It was there that I discovered Marcus' video on the game adaptation. After watching it, he became the first online content creator I was ever a fan of.

Since then, Marcus' videos have gotten me through many tough times. Even when everything else in my life seemed bleak, his sense of humor and vocal delivery made me laugh. Over the years I've always found myself clicking back onto his page, eagerly anticipating a new video.

Marcus was a pioneer in a genre of entertainment that has since created household names. His spirit and memory will live on for years through his videos. Because of this, although he left us far too early, he has lived a fuller and more complete life than most people ever will.

Marc was everything I could wish for my daughter.   A gentle soul.   A kind heart.

I grew up watching Marcus's YouTube videos as a kid. I basically enjoyed all of them and was pretty shocked to see he passed away this young. Not everything is forever is what they say. I will miss him as his videos shaped the way how I am to this day.

As a man, I never knew Marcus personally but I have followed many of his ventures as his YouTube persona, Armake21. Indeed, I have been enjoying for over 15 years now and frankly it's a shame that that's ending now. 

With that said, I just like to wish the Sparacio family and friends well during this time of grief and sadness and never forget just how great a person Marc was to a great many people and the impact he leaves on great many lives. 

Take care into the next world, Marcus...  

I was a fan of his YouTube work.  I had the pleasure to talk to him a little bit, and he gave some great advice on video making.  I know I'm a small voice in a huge crowd, but he touched a lot of people with his work online, and I'd like to just thank him for the hours of entertainment he provided.  

I will never ever forget the day I came across his YouTube channel and his reviews of Widget, Predator, Target Renegade, RoboCop, Dragon Power, Adventures in the Magic Kingdom, Wurm - Journey to the Centre of the Earth, Treasure Master, and others. I was 17 at the time, and this was back in December 2006. I had to go through hours and hours and hours of hysterical laughter because his reviews were the funniest ever! He may be gone, but his reviews live forever. Rest in peace, Marcus/Armake21, and thank you for the fond memories.

Marcus inspired my Mousecapade response video which saved YouTube user Ekit357's life, which happened in 2007 but was not made known to me until 2011 when girls took my focus away from reviews, to which I have returned to this day and saved 3 more since then, two in online spaces and a co-worker who, like Marcus, was a powerful "antagonist" (not enemy). I now look back at him as a "Temp FS2 DUDE antagonist" which is the most powerful type of motivational person-force there is. More than a kid. More than a wife. I heard the news last night when I opened up Youtube. I know I never met him, but his content and humor got me through some tough times as a teenager almost 16 years ago, and this truly shocked me. I don't have a lot of bio family that I can relate to, and this goes to show that content creation and entertaining others does not fall upon deaf ears, as lot of us truly mean it when we say he meant a lot to us fans and followers. My sincerest condolences to his family and partner, and when they're ready, I hope they get a chuckle out of seeing all of us referring to him in his different usernames (I knew him as Armake21 and Boxed Entertainment), and know we truly mean it when we say we remember him, and appreciate what he did for us. A lot of us needed that content and it made us feel less alone. Rest in Peace.

Armake was one of the very first to gain prominence on YouTube and one of the first I followed quite closely.  He moved on from that world but I never forgot about him.  I hope for only the best for his family and friends in this sad time.  

Marcus was the second person I ever followed on YouTube. Never before had I seen or been exposed to the kind of humor and content that would eventually become my life's work.

Though it may seem silly or trivial to some, the act of what seemed like a grown man getting so hilariously angry over the dumbest things like pixel toucans or broken video games gave me the very first and hardest laughs of my life. I would spend hours watching video after video laughing until I literally cried, at a time where laughter was often hard to find in my normal life.

I never knew or even met this man, but he changed my life, and I wish I could thank him personally for all the cherished memories. I make my own content for people to laugh at and cherish now, and with it family and friends I would have not had otherwise, and it is all in very large part to the world Marcus exposed me to at such a young age.

Rest Peacefully, Marcus. Armake21 can finally rest.

I never knew this man in person but he was one of the funniest, insightful video makers in the early days of Youtube. R.I.P. Marcus AKA Armake21.

This is heartbreaking.  I didn’t know the man personally, but he has given me untold hours of laughter, information, and entertainment for the last decade and a half.  I host a morning radio show, and as such it’s difficult to make me laugh deeply because I’m desensitized to a lot of humor, but he was able to break through that barrier at will it seemed in his wilder days on YouTube.  As a broadcaster, I always admired his incredible ability to sound improved yet polished, and often thought “How can someone be this funny off the cuff for this long?”  It’s a rare mix, and that is still some of my favorite old school content to this day.  

In recent years, I found myself happy for him that he had become calmer and seemed to have made peace with past regrets, always an admirable thing.  This was a terribly sad thing to wake up to this morning, but he leaves a lasting impact on many people near and far.  Rest in Peace Marcus.  

I grew up watching this man's work, and he even took the time to talk with me on AOL and complain about current movies and games. I always thought that was cool of him to do, he inspired quite a lot of people.

I didn't now Marcus personally.  I was a fan of his creative works online.  Hearing this is heart breaking.  My feelings go out to his friends and family, and I hope they find peace.  Rest in peace Marcus, you left us too soon.

My condolences to the family. I only knew Marcus from his creative works, but he had a very important role in supporting me with these works in the past when I was struggling in my life, and they really helped cheer me up. Rip Marcus. 

I didn't know Marcus personally but I followed his content creation career for more than a decade and really enjoyed the content and humor he brought to the table.  Somehow you knew that he was a great guy even if you had never actually met him.  I express my condolences to his family and friends and I thank Marcus for the years of laughs and entertainment he brought to not only me but so many others.  I pray that God will bless he and his family and friends during this difficult time.

As silly as it seems, his YouTube antics brought a lot of good times, and I think of him every time certain games are mentioned.

I’ll always remember Marcus as NicotineAlien. I was a subscriber to his various YouTube channels for many years.

He brought so much humor and joy to the YouTube community and to me during my times of depression.

He’ll be missed dearly by all of his family, friends and fans.

Back in 2009, I had graduated from high school a year prior. He had used youtube to entertain others with his knowledge on video games. It's thanks to him that I had gotten to know some good friends in my life, who most I'd still call my good friends today. While we did drift apart, hearing about his passing brought back some pleasant memories we shared. Memories I will cherish knowing that he brought happiness to others. Here's to Mr. Marcus Sparacio. I'm happy to had been able to spend the times we had together as friends.

Marc was a kind hearted, fun loving person, who touched many people's lives including mine.  He was a good friend who I sorely miss.

My history with Marcus is fairly long, almost 15 years in fact

Discovered him in 2008 making content on Youtube and upon being suspended he took to livestreaming and is the first real example of me following streaming online.  Through it all he was a treat, very engaging and vice versa with viewers, eager to help with any questions and concerns, and loved every second of it.

We lost touch in 2016 as he was focused on real life stuff, but would occasionally post updates, just how life goes sometimes.  By freak accident I checked my Amazon account and realized I'd donated a game nearly ten years prior, but it had his address/phone number at the time so I followed up with him on Twitter.  We had a brief talk about the situation and wished him well on his medical woes, but he never made himself out to be some victim and kept the severity private to not concern me.

His loss is felt immensely here and across many on Youtube as one of the founders of game reviewing on Youtube which exploded in 2016.  I wish him and his family peace and the best going forward.  I'm going to miss you man, thanks for everything
