Louis N. Georgeades of Bayside, New York passed away on Sunday October 1st at Parker Jewish Institute in New Hyde Park, N.Y., peacefully surrounded by his second family of dedicated and loving Nurses, Doctors, Staff and Friends. He was born in Astoria, New York in 1927 to the late Nicholas and Helen Georgeades. He is the beloved husband of Helen and loving father of Rosane. Cherished brother of the late Olga. He is survived by dear nieces and nephews, Maria Antoniou, Helen Antoniou, Nicholas Antoniou, Mary Gregoriou-Bauer, Lawrence Gregoriou, Tessie Speilvogez and many grand nephews, nieces and extended friends and family. On February 4, 1946 he enlisted in the U.S. Army where he was decorated with the World War II Victory Medal and the Army of Occupation Medal (Japan). He was an active member of Philanthropic Organizations throughout his life.
