A visitation for Howard will be held Friday, November 1, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. Following the visitation will be an interment from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Calverton National Cemetery, Wading River, Wading River, NY 11792.
