Gilberto Montalvo, age 58, of Middletown, New York passed away on Friday August 16, 2019. Gilberto was born March 1, 1961.
A memorial visitation for Gilberto will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Frederick Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358.
