Francisca (Frances) was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, friend, coworker and partner. She prioritized her nieces and nephews, dedicated herself to her work, and loved a meal at any restaurant. Frances will be remembered for never missing a party, dancing her life away, and laughing until the sun went down.
A visitation for Frances will be held Sunday, December 3, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Quinn - Fogarty Funeral Home, 192-15 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11358. A committal service will occur Monday, December 4, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Cemetery of the Holy Rood, 111 Old Country Road, Westbury, NY 11590.
