Beloved wife of the late Vern S. Molstad; loving mother of Lorene Ray and Beverly Molstad; proud grandma of Brent Ray, Eric Ray, Terry Ray, Emily Molstad, Maleeh Molstad, and Amanda Van Leuven; great-grandma of Brent, Rebecca, Abbey, Zeke, Hannah, Lilah, Kelli, Brieanna, and Aspen. Virginia was predeceased by her daughter, Lynn Ferguson; son, Richard Molstad; and 9 siblings.
Virginia was born September 29, 1923 in Walled Lake, Michigan to the late Norman and Emily Baker. She married Vern Molstad on June 29, 1945 in San Diego, California. Virginia proudly served her country with the Navy from 1943 until 1945.
Inurnment with Naval Honors will take place at 9:00am on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly, Michigan
