Michael Dean Tinnin, known to many as Mad Dog and Bocephus, age 63, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018. He was born on May 27, 1955 in Flint to parents Bill and Patricia (Kelly) Tinnin. Michael retired from GM after 32 years of service. He was a car fanatic and loved everything from working on cars, painting cars, or going to car shows. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Michael was proud to be a Papa and Uncle Bubba. Everything he had and everything he did had to be badass! Michael is survived by his wife of 40 years, Vicky Tinnin; daughter, Gena (Jefferson) Whalen; granddaughter: Morgan Robinson; siblings: Linda (Curt) Elliott, Dale “Richard” (Yvonne) Tinnin; several nieces and nephews; many, many cousins and close friends. He was preceded in death by both parents; son, Richard “Richie” Michael Tinnin; grandson, Jagger Luke Whalen; brother, Guy William Tinnin. A funeral services will be at 12pm on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Reigle Funeral Home, 5501 W. Pierson Rd., Flushing. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 1-8pm, and again on Tuesday, two hours prior to the service, beginning at 10am. Interment at Flint Memorial Park.
