Funeral Services for Rosaura M Lopez 88 of Palm Coast will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S. Flagler Beach. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 PM (Noon) until the time of services. Interment in Cape Canaveral Cemetery will be held privately. Mrs. Lopez a resident of Palm Coast since 1978 coming from Corpus Christi TX passed away Sunday April 4, 2021 surrounded at home by her loving family. She was born in Alpine TX on January 26, 1933 a daughter of the late Enquire and Juanita Macias Mirles. She attended St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church. Mrs. Lopez enjoyed bowling, playing cards, cooking; dancing to salsa music and music from the 1950’s-80’s a good polka dance and loved having kids in her home all the time. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. Surviving are her husband of 65 years, Jose M. Lopez, two daughters, Sandra Forgash and her husband Hal of Palm Coast, Selina Lopez of Palm Coast, two sons, Jose M. Lopez Jr and his wife Cheryl of Plain City OH, Jesus Contreras and his wife Esther of Chandler AZ, twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren, three sisters, Beatrice LaBarre, Teresa Rodriguez, and Maria Hernandez all of El Paso TX, two brothers, Enquire Mirles of Fresno CA and Alberto Mirles of El Paso TX and several nieces and nephews. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
