Ronald "Ronnie" "Pop- Pop" G. Stocks

Ronald “Ronnie” “Pop-Pop” Glenn Stocks, 71 of Palm Coast, FL passed away on September 12, 2018 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. He was born on October 3, 1946 in Greenville, North Carolina to the late Leo Edward Stocks and Nancy Hazel McLawhorn. After graduating from high school he attended a technical welding school, he then served in the US Navy. Upon his honorable discharge he worked with the Local 10 Pipe Fitters for 35 years. In 2007 he moved to the Palm Coast area. In sunny Florida he enjoyed riding his Harley all year long. Ronnie was a member of the Hogg motorcycle club. He also enjoyed antique cars and was an amateur mechanic. Ronnie will be remembered as being the life of the party but most of all for the love that he had for his family. Donations in his memory may be made to the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. Ronnie was preceded in death by his first wife, Rose Marie Stocks; step-son, Robert Charles Ruth; sister, Brenda Kelsh. Survivors include his wife, Carlotta Stocks; children, Jason (Trish) Stocks, Leo Stanley Stocks, Kaylan Stocks, Heidi (Ray) Fleener; Tony Stocks; adopted son, Wallace “Bubba” Richardson; grandchildren, Brittany Helm, Kaylan Stocks, Robert Stocks, Wren Stocks, Eli Stocks, Hayden Stocks and Bryce Stocks; great-granddaughter, Laci Lynn Michael; siblings, Sandra Melton, Ricky Stocks, Terry Stocks, Kathy Stocks-Covington, Christy Stocks-DeHoff and many wonderful nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial gathering will be on Saturday, September 22, 2018, 4:00-5:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home. A memorial service will begin at 5:00PM. Arrangements are in the trust and care of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
