Sue, a native Floridian, was born in Tampa, Florida and was a graduate of Summerlin Academy in Bartow, Florida where she was Head Majorette for several years. She was a partner in the family business and held many jobs throughout her life. She always had an artistic flair and operated a ceramics studio to encourage others to find their artistic talent. Sue passed on her love of music to her children and grandchildren. An accomplished musician, she played double bass, violin, mandolin, and banjo. She worshiped the Lord using her talents as a member of the Folk and Praise Choir at St. Thomas Episcopal Church for over 20 years. She also created and quilted many church banners depicting scenes from the Bible, many of which are still on display at St. Thomas.
Sue’s loving husband, Arthur “Red” Pryor, waited 13 years in heaven for her to join him. She is survived by her sons, Chris and Greg Pryor, her daughters Janene Neal and Janet LeSage, her stepdaughter, Vivian McGhee, her grandchildren, Jen, Kim, Adam, Blake and Natalie, her great grandchildren Alyssa, Emily, and Kenzie, and her siblings Ed, Nancy and Sharon
