Born in Salisbury, Maryland on April 2, 1969 James is survived by his parents, Stuart and Elaine Trader Massey, his wife, Nicole, of 31 years, his two sons, Joshua and Noah Massey, brother Clint Massey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
James is a graduate of Parkside High School, and worked as an auto mechanic for several years. After which, he attended technical school to become an HVAC technician. He worked in his field for over 30 years, having last worked at Boston Whaler where he was beloved by many. He and his family moved to Palm Coast, Florida in 2002. James enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching the Boston Red Sox with his family. He was a family man through and through, but was admired for aiding others when they needed assistance with his ability to fix or repair anything.
James will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and everyone he touched throughout his life. He’ll always be alive in the hearts of his loving family, a fond memory that brings them comfort, and a happiness to those who held him close.
A celebration of life for James will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Bing's Landing (South Pavilion), 5900 North Oceanshore Blvd, Palm Coast, Florida 32137.
