James "The Deac" F. Delaney

Jim was married to his loving wife Anna for almost 50 years, the father to three children, "PaPa" to nine grandchildren, and uncle to several nieces and nephews.

Jim's careers included USAF, NYPD, Deacon/Chaplain, Social Services, and Homeland Defense. He received multiple BS & MS degrees with his final degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, in Monterey, CA. He devoted his life in service to others. In turn, the love and appreciation that he received from them brought him insurmountable joy.
