Edward Barkley Brown, III

Edward was born August 17th, 1944 in Millville, NJ and was a former resident of Vineland, NJ. He is a 1964 alumni of Augusta Military Academy in Fort Defiance, Virginia. Ed was involved for many years in the scientific glass industry, prior to relocating to Florida.

Ed was a lifelong race car enthusiast and owned several championship cars. He could often be found in the garage, working on cars and had a following on his many online classic auto racing forums. He was also an animal lover and had a special quality of attracting and communicating with wildlife, much to the amazement of onlookers. Ed had a big heart and was happiest surrounded by his family and close friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife and best friend of 58 years Elizabeth M. Brown, sons Edward B. Brown IV (wife Lisa) & Kevin R. Brown (wife Anita) and daughter Kim Weiner (husband Jeff); grandchildren Kevin R. Brown II, Anthony E. Brown, John E.M. Brown, Alyssa Stimac, Stevano Stimac; and great grandchildren Leilani, Jayden & Geovanni.

He is preceded in death by his Father Edward B. Brown Jr., Mother Lucretia M. Brown and sister Sandra Lee Capelli.

As per Edward's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
