David Allan Rosenberg, age 69, passed away on April 13, 2024, in Palm Coast, Florida. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and was a proud graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. David's adventurous spirit led him to backpack through Europe, and he had particularly cherished memories from the Luxembourg foreign exchange program.
David headed to the bustling city of New York, where he found more than just a career; he found love. It was at the JCC where he met his beloved wife, Robin. Together, they embarked on a journey that eventually led them back to Cleveland, where they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories.
At the age of 26, David founded Rosenberg Advertising, a venture that became his lifelong passion and legacy. Over five decades, he nurtured the company into a thriving entity, leaving an indelible mark on the advertising industry. Always generous with this knowledge, David taught marketing at a college level, and mentored many small businesses.
David's second act began in Florida in 2011, marking the beginning of new adventures. He transitioned into an author, penning the inspirational book "Make it Fun to Make it Last." Florida became more than just a home; it became a place where he cultivated deep roots and cherished friendships.
An avid sports enthusiast, David found joy on the golf course, where he initiated the tradition of traveling mulligans with dear friends, a group that eventually swelled to over 50 members. Tennis, pickleball, and e-biking were among his other favorite pastimes, showcasing his zest for life and love for staying active.
David's generosity and warmth extended beyond his family and friends. A lifelong Cleveland Browns fan, he took the helm of the St. Augustine Browns Backer Club, where he fostered a sense of camaraderie among fellow enthusiasts.
David’s life was centered around his family, with his proudest moments always revolving around his children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
David was preceded in death by his parents, Elaine and Stanley Rosenberg. He is survived by his loving wife, Robin; devoted son, Austin; cherished daughter, Arielle; caring son-in-law, Dan; adored granddaughters, Lydia and Audrey; dear brothers, Steve and Rob; beloved nieces and nephews, Natalie, Lee, Chelsea, Cara, Cole, Daniel, Jessica, and Jonathan; and dear sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Cheryl, Jeff, Monica and Lisa.
