Christina M. Roman

Christina M Roman, age 74, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away peacefully on Sunday August 11, 2019. Christina was born May 11, 1946 in Elizabeth, New Jersey and grew up in Roselle Park, NJ. Christina was the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Roman, both of Roselle Park and beloved sister, Jessie Esteve of Palm Coast, FL. Christina is survived by her daughter Jeanette Loftus, whom she often referred to as “her Angel”, her son-in-law Tracy Loftus a/k/a “Saint Tracy”, her beloved grandchildren Timothy Loftus and wife Kayla, Zachary Loftus and two precious great-granddaughters whom she adored, Emma Grace and Karsyn Nicole Loftus all of Palm Coast, FL. She is also survived by her brother in-law Gil Esteve, niece Donna Heiss (Ken Mazzie), and her great nieces Holli Clark-Fernandez and Amanda Jacob (Trevor). Christina relocated from Barnegat, NJ in 2012 after retiring from Cedar Glen Lakes, Whiting, NJ where she was the Community Manager for over 30 years. Christina’s greatest joy was her family who she relished spending time with whether it be a family dinner, boating or vacationing. In her younger years, Christina enjoyed snowmobiling where she was secretary of the snowmobile club in Auburn, ME. One of her most treasured possessions was her vast collection of rocks from all over the world. No matter where her family and friends traveled, the only souvenir she ever requested was a rock. Other hobbies include gardening, travel and shopping on QVC. Christina’s warm smile and caring heart will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her. A celebration of life will be held on August 31, 2019 at 11 AM at Cypress Knoll Country Club, 53 Easthampton Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32164. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
