HUGH DAVID KINCAID MINDEN, WV – Hugh David Kincaid, 54, of Minden, WV, departed this life Sunday, June 15, 2014 at his home in Minden. Born on January 6, 1960 in Montgomery, WV he was a son of Joyce Bryant Kincaid and the late Robert William Kincaid. Mr. Kincaid was member of the Lamb of God Ministries in Scarbro and a Bus Operator/Mechanic for ACE Whitewater. Left with many wonderful memories to cherish include his wife Rosa Kincaid; mother, Joyce Kincaid; children, Michelle Newman, Mellissa Rakes and Michael Toney, Jr.; brothers and sisters, Diana Akers, Gene Kincaid, Eddie Kincaid, Michael Joseph Kincaid, Neil Kincaid, Jeff Kincaid and Charles Sampson; thirteen grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. It was Mr. Kincaid’s wishes to be cremated and there will be no services.
