He was born January 27th, 1949 to the late Joe Henry Howell and Irene Virginia Davidson Howell.
David was a groundskeeper at Highlawn Memorial Park for 38 years. David was known for his deep affection for his family, whom he loved dearly.
In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his Brothers Joe Howell and Lawrence Howell.
Those left to cherish his memory are his Wife of 46 years, Maria Elena Canale Howell a Son, David Howell; four Grandchildren, Josh Steffie, Brandy Howell, Kaitlyn Howell and Amaya Howell; one Great-grandchild, Jaxson Steffie; Sisters Jenny Moore, Arbutus Vance and Debora Cross as well as many nieces and nephews.
