In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her loving Husband Sonny Taylor, two Brothers; Pete Hobbs, and David Hobbs, two Sisters; Betty Roberson, and Faye Harless; and one Grandchild, Holly Barker-Dudley.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children; Dwayne Barker, Teresa Neel, Susan (George) Nikitenko, and Genene (Peter) Beltjens, one Brother, Robert (Drema) Hobbs, eight Grandchildren; Melissa, Michael, Autumn, Natasha, Krysta, Robin, Amber, Timmy, and blessed with many Great- Grandchildren.
Honoring Carol’s wishes, there will be no services held. She will be cremated and laid to rest with her loving Husband, Sonny Taylor at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Victor, WV.
In lieu of flowers, the family is taking donations for burial expenses. Donations can be sent to

The family has entrusted Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home for the arrangements.
