Sylvia B. Collins, 46, of Falls Church, VA, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Collins, III; daughter, Hope Sipocz, and son-in-law, Jerrold Sipocz, Jr.; son, Joseph Collins, IV; mother, Arylene Butler, and stepfather, Jimmy Cox; brother, James "Tony" Butler; and nieces, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Butler. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the funeral service will be held on Friday, March 15, at 12 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22203; followed by interment at 2:00 p.m. at National Memorial Park in Falls Church, VA.
