Milton Louis “Buddy” Becker, 95, of Fredericksburg passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Falls Run Nursing and Rehab.

Mr. Becker was born and raised in Georgetown, Washington DC. He was the son of the late Louis and Estelle Wall Becker. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Wanda Gelsomini and his son, Milton Becker Jr., children with his first wife, Marie.

After retiring, Mr. Becker moved to the home he built in Golden Beach, Md. In 2005, he and Lorraine made their home in Falls Run in Fredericksburg. He was an avid golfer, fisherman and musician, frequently playing with the “Over the Hill Gang” for charities.

Survivors include his wife, Lorraine Kibler Becker; stepchildren Sandra Borders and husband Phil, Sue Flanary, Andrew Kibler and wife Susan, Robert Kibler and Wife Celia and Mike Kibler and wife Laura; son-in-law Nick Gelsomini; daughter-in-law Julie Becker; granddaughter Marci Gentile; grandsons Michael, Lou and Steve Gelsomini; numerous stepgrandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 21, at Covenant Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until the service time. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. in National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Hwy. Falls Church, VA.
