Mary Frances Parker of McLean ,Va.,, wife of Donald E. Parker, passed September 30. She was an avid artist, also an author and illustrator of childrens books. Her art work covered both oils and water colors. She was a Graduate of the University of North Carolina.Besides her husband she is survived by 2 daughters Ann H. ,wife of James Mutersbaugh and Katherine M., wife of David Rollins; also survived by 4 Grandchildren, one sister Grace Carter, and 2 nieces. Funeral Service to be held Monday October 6, at 10 a.m. at National Funeral Home Chapel,7482 Lee Hwy,Falls Church, VA. Burial will follow at National Memorial Park. Visitaing Hours will be Sunday 2 to 4 p.m. at the Funeral Home in the Rappahannock Room.
