Marsha Lee Rice

A loving mother and grandmother. Marsha is survived by her sons Dean Rice and Dennis Rice, daughter-in-law, Lisa Rice, grandchildren, Michael, Victoria, Samantha, Christopher, Leah, Mason, Hannah, and Amanda, mother Phyllis Devine, sisters Janice Rickert and Donna Lynn Devine-Zavala, brother Tim Devine, and her dog Nancy Jean, as well as countless other people who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Devine and brother, Eric Devine. She loved spending time at the beach and was a huge fan of her beloved Nationals.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, September 25, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. A celebration of life will occur at 12 p.m. with a reception to follow from 1 p.m to 2 p.m. at Murphy's Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046
