David and your boys, I'm so sorry to learn of beautiful Kim's passing. I spoke with Patricia and Pete this earlier today and was stunned by the news. Know that you're all in my prayers and I hope with every year the wonderful memories of her time here make the thought of her passing less painful.

When you opened your heart to Hao, Jack and I, we may not have immediately realized that we had won the lottery.  You have been an amazing role model to Hao and I, and you will always be that to us.  Saying goodbye today was tough but we now know an Angel that will be looking over David, the boys and all of us.

Cook, and loved working on her garden.  I had the opportunity to spend a week with David , Kim, Justin and Jordan and it was so obvious that her men were her life. Such sad and shocking news. Despite the passage of time, I have such fond memories of Kim from our days spent together in Singapore. A super friend, guide and travelling companion - we will miss her greatly.

We got to know the Galantes when  when we all lived in Singapore. Kim was always very generous. She and David loved to host a few family gatherings including Thanksgiving Dinner and Mother’s Day brunch for us and the other families. It is with such a heavy heart that we are writing this.  Since we received the sad news we are struggling to process it as we remember when we first came to Seattle to see you.   We remember how calm and strong you were through all you endured with David’s illness.  We regret that we have not had a chance to catch up often.  We always have asked Luan and Linh about you and David often.  We are so saddened that you have left all of us.  We pray for David and your sons to find the strength to go on without you.   Good bye our dear friend.
