Jeffrey A. Smith, 60, of Springfield, VA, passed away peacefully February 24, 2014 surrounded by his family. Jeffrey is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Noel C. Smith, his two devoted sons Joshua and Ryan Smith and his brother Marshall Smith, III (Dotty). He is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Muriel Smith and his sister Teresa Smith who held a very special place in his heart. He is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Jeffrey had a love for animals. “Cheddar” the cat and “Keno” the dog will miss him dearly.
Jeffrey loved to travel and to fish, but he was most passionate about spending time with his family. He truly enjoyed watching his sons play sports and spending quality time with his wife and best friend Noel.
A memorial service will be held Friday, February 28, 2014, 5:00 pm, National Funeral Home 7482 Lee Highway Falls Church, VA 22042. Donations may be made to the ASPCA in his honor.
