On October 3, 2016, of Falls Church, VA, passed away at home. Married 51 years to Mary Kuzniar Yanick until her death in 1996. Survived by children Frank Jr. "Skip" (Marion), Marcia, and Barbara Blumer (Jim) and 5 grandchildren. Born in PA, Frank proudly served in the Navy during WWII and was present at the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He moved to VA in 1946 where he owned several barber shops and drove a school bus for Fairfax County for over 30 years. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 4 p.m. at National Memorial Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church, VA, where the family will receive friends following the service until 7 p.m. with light refreshments.
