He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Irene Volkman. He is also survived by three children, Fern Bratten (Bruce), Karen Androphy (Gary), and Arthur Volkman (Shelly). There are two Grandchildren, Jeremy Volkman, and Justine Volkman. Mr. Volkman is also survived by two siblings, Lenore Barr and Faith Wolitzer.
Arrangements under the direction of National Funeral Home, Falls Church, VA. Interment will be at King David Memorial Gardens, Falls Church, VA.
