David Thomas Baltz, age 52, passed away on December 3, 2016. The family will received friends at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 12pm to 2pm. A funeral service will follow at 2pm at National Memorial Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Hwy, Falls Church.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa A. Baltz, parents John A. and Helen Grace Baltz, brothers, John (Debbie) Baltz and Bob (Kathy) Baltz, and nephews, John and Mike.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in David's memory to the American Cancer Society.
