On Monday, October 8, 2018, at her residence in Ceres, Virginia, Clara Evelyn Baughman entered into her final resting place. Born in Baltic, Connecticut in 1923, she spent the majority of her life in Northern Virginia. It was there she met and married her husband, Lewis A. Baughman, Sr., of 58 years who preceeded her in death in 1999.
She leaves a son, Lewis Andrew Baughman, Jr and wife, Janet, of Colonial Beach; daughters Emily Ketron of Culpeper and Darlene Mullins and husband Newton of Ceres; grandmother of Lewis A. Baughman, lll, Tracy Cromer, Karen Woodson, Shannon Turman, and Andrea Smith, as well as 7 great-granddaughters.
All services for Clara will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 beginning at 11 am at National Funeral Home, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, Virginia 22042. She will be laid to rest with her husband, Lewis.
