Akira  was the most goal-oriented person I had ever met. It’s not often you see someone so young with such drive and passion. Not only was she passionate about her work, she was passionate about the people around her. She was the first person I spoke to in school when I moved to DC and she spoke to me as if I was already a long time friend. I will never forget her kindness. She was and still is an inspiration to everyone who was blessed to have known her in any capacity. 

When Ms. Stephanie named you I had no idea she was naming such a powerful Angel that touched so many lives. Akira you were such a loving baby no crying or whining always smiling. I would sit in Toni’s room all night long and hold you in my arms. I didn’t care about getting up early for school the next day. Holding you in my arms was my favorite thing to do. Watching you sleep so peacefully. Then when I finally put you in your crib your Auntie would come in the room and say “I was just saying Goodnight” and you would wake right back up wanting me to hold you all over again 😂 I miss those times I cherish those times. You were our ray of Sunshine. I miss you so much Angel of Mine but thank you for the memories. I love you! Forever Kira’s World ❤️
