Theresa J. Rego

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Dr. John Sullivan and Eileen (Coppinger) Sullivan, she resided in Fall River most of her life before moving to Tiverton in 2001 then moving to Taunton and most recently Norton. She was a graduate of the former Mount St. Mary Academy, class of 1957. She enjoyed crafts, painting, scrapbooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by two sons: David J. Rego of Fall River, Paul A. Rego and his wife Jennifer of Taunton, MA, four grandchildren: Johnathan, Andrew, Victoria, and Eric Rego, sister-in-law: Dale D’Amore of Powder Springs, GA, nieces many cousins and friends.

Her Funeral will be held on Friday April 10, 2015 at 9:30AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM in St. Theresa’s Church, 265 Stafford Rd., Tiverton, RI. Visiting hours Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers contributions in her honor may be made to Daggett Crandall Newcomb Home, 55 Newland St., Norton, MA 02766. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
