Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Philip G. Sirois and Germaine (Cousineau) Sirois.
Pauline attended Diman Girl’s Vocational School and went on to work as an Assembler at Westrex for 10 years, a Packer for Slater Paper Box for 10 years and as a Teacher’s Assistant at Wixon School in Fall River for 14 years before her retirement in 2005.
Pauline enjoyed scrapbooking, arts and crafts classes at KG Crafts and bowling at Welko Lanes in Fall River. She was a member of St. Anne’s Fellowship since 1978.
She is survived by her children, Ida “Colleen” Golden and her husband Thomas of Ashville, NY and John R. “Obie” O’Brien, III and his wife Rebecca of Fall River; 7 grandchildren, Kyla and Connor O’Brien and Laura, Jessica, Julia, Thomas and Sarah Golden; 4 siblings; Maurice G. Sirois and his wife Theresa of Fall River, Paul A. Sirois and his wife Annie of FL, Lucille C. Herman of Fall River and Suzanne Y. Miranda and her husband Tony of FL; sister-in-law, Joyce O’Brien of Somerset and many nieces and nephews. Pauline was predeceased by her brothers, Rene Sirois and Robert C. Sirois.
Her Visitation will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 PM in Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St, Fall River. Due to current occupancy restrictions, please be mindful that guests may have to wait outside while others pay their respects. Burial will be private.
