Kathleen T. Griffin

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late James and Charlotte (Sherlock) Moran.

A graduate of Annapolis High School, Class of 1957, she was also a graduate of Truesdale Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1960.

She was a Registered Nurse at Truesdale Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital prior to her retirement in 1995. She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed visiting local casinos.

She is survived by four children; Jeffrey D. Griffin and his wife Cindy of Milford, Gretchen Baptiste and her husband David of Westport, Timothy P. Griffin and his wife Deborah of Somerset, Janie Griffin and her partner Tommy Tighe of Fall River; one brother, James Moran and his late wife Marlene; two sister-in-laws, Gloria Moran of Bridgewater and Eileen Barlow and her husband Norman of Fall River; five grandchildren, Kayla Baptiste, Kelsey Foley, Andrew Baptiste, Jeffrey and Amelia Griffin. She was the sister of the late Thomas Moran.

Her Visitation will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 9:15am to 10:15am in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00am at Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover St., Fall River. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
