Catherine Perkins

Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Rita (O’Donnell) Perkins.

Catherine worked at Charlton Memorial Hospital as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. A natural born caregiver, she will be remembered for her compassionate nature and her innate ability to help anyone in need.

Catherine is survived by two siblings, William J. Perkins and his wife Colleen of Berkley and Mary K. Woods and her husband Shawn of Waterbury Center, VT as well as two nephews, Nathan Perkins and his fiancé Julia Martz of Somerset and Matthew Perkins of Bridgewater.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 9:00 AM from the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St, Fall River followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, 1335 N Main St, Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited and the family requests that masks be worn to help protect those that are vulnerable. Burial will be private. Her Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Catherine’s honor may be made to Diabetes Association Inc., c/o People Inc., 4 S.
