Roberto Rene Salinas

Roberto Rene Salinas entered into eternal rest on Friday, December 23, 2016 at his residence in Oilton, Texas at the age of 47. He was born on December 18, 1969 to Jose R. Salinas and Enedelia Garcia Salinas in Laredo, Texas. Roberto was currently working as a rancher.

He was welcomed into the gates of Heaven by his paternal grandparents, Santiago and Juanita Salinas and his maternal grandparents, Pedro and Belia Chapa Garcia.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories his parents, Jose R. and Enedelia G. Salinas of Oilton; his wife, Consuelo Salinas of Laredo; two sons, Roberto Rene Salinas Jr. and Pedro Rene Salinas; two daughters, Ashely Renee Salinas and Selma Renee Salinas all of Laredo; brother, Jose Ramiro (Teresa) Salinas, Jr.; sister, Ana Delia Salinas both of Laredo; five grandchildren, Diana Alicia Contreras, Ember Grace Salinas Hernandez, Emery N. Villarreal, Samuel E. Benavides and Erasmo Jose Benavides; one niece, Anelia O. Salinas and one nephew, Efren W. Ugarte.

Pallbearers will be Jose Luis Maldonado, Homer Maldonado, Juan Salinas, Jr., Ernesto Javier Salinas, Santiago Salinas, Eduardo Salinas, Adrian Chavera and Adan Aldaco.

Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday , December 29, 2016 at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Mirando City with burial following at the Magnolia Cemetery in Mirando City.
