Oralia R. Rendon Garza

Oralia R. Garza, 82, passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at her residence in Kingsville, Texas. She was born on December 9, 1929 to Vicente Rendon and Lilia Aguilar Rendon in Hebbronville, Texas. Mrs. Garza was a member of Altar Society, and Ladies Auxiliary for many years, she also taught CCD for 22 years, and was a very active member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Mrs. Garza was a teacher at Jim Hogg County ISD for 25 years until her retirement.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Raul R. Garza, two sons Jaime J. Garza and Ricardo Raul Garza, a grandson Robert E. Garza and two sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Leticia (Ron) Owen of Kingsville, Texas, three grandchildren Ronald (Ashley) Owen of Waco, Texas, Brittany N. Owen of College Station, Texas, and Omar Javier (Michelle) Garza of San Antonio, Texas, two great grandchildren Riley M. Garza of Kingsville, Texas and Addison K. Owen of Waco, Texas, daughter in law Delfina Garza of Kingsville

Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams in Hebbronville, Texas, with visitation starting at 4:00 p.m.

Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December, 22, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville, Texas.

Interment will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
