Ninfa G. Garza

Ninfa G. Garza entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, May, 9, 2023 at a hospital in San Antonio, Texas, surrounded by her family, at the age of 83. She was born on March 29, 1940 to Guadalupe Garza and Eliza Ramirez in Agua Nueva, Texas. Ninfa was a beautiful person, inside and out. She cherished spending time with her family and was never shied away from sharing her smile to help make someone's day.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Luis Garza; son, Alberto Garza and siblings, Nilda G. Garza, Nelida G. (+Raul) Garcia and Noelia G. (+Genovevo) Gonzalez.

Ninfa leaves behind many fond memories that will be forever treasured by her daughter, Velma Garza of San Antonio; son, Bobby (Nancy) Garza of Helotes, Texas; siblings, Guadalupe (Diana M.) Garza of Austin, Texas, Noemi (+Oscar) Salinas of Hebbronville, Texas; grandchildren, Danielle O. Prentiss (Curran), David Victor Silguero (Emily), Gabrielle N. Manibusan (Trey), Kassandra R. Garza, Kayla M. Garza and Luis Omar Garza; great-grandchildren, Anissa Prentiss, Adilynn Prentiss, Emery Prentiss, Elise Prentiss and Mason Ray Manibusan and many extended family members.

Pallbearers will be Eric Salinas, David Salinas, Rene Rodriguez, Curran Prentiss, Marino Valdez and Ramiro Garza. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Victor Silguero and Luis Omar Garza.

Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 26, 2023 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville and services will conclude with Burial at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
