Nina J. Winfield, 91 passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at a Hebbronville Nursing Home. She was born on January 24, 1922 in Pasadena, TX to John Franklin Johnson and Etta Gregg Johnson. She was a self-employed secretary. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Thomas M. Winfield Sr.; sister Mary Evelyn Bayless; brothers, Clyde Johnson and John Lincoln Johnson. She is survived by her son Thomas M. (Patsy) Winfield Jr. of Hebbronville; daughters, Bonnie (Jimmy) Shuler of El Campo and Debra Smithers of Corpus Christi; sister Leona Lorenz of Austin; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville

Funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 3, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville.

Burial will follow at the Greenhill Cemetery.
