Jesus Humberto Garza

Jesus Humberto "Beto" Garza age 84 passed away Friday January 2, 2015 at a Corpus Christi Hospital. Beto was born September 16, 1930 to Jesus M. and Antonia G Garza in the town of Falfurrias, TX. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Garza was preceeded in death by his parents, sister Teresita Barrera, two sons Jesse Garza and Joe Garza, and stepgrandson Johnny Peralez. He leaves behind his wife Carmen A. Garza, three sons Johnny Garza, David (Sheryl) Garza and James (Shellie) Garza, three daughters Delia (Edward) Moya, Estella (David) Gonzalez, and Leticia (Jeff) Hayes, two stepdaughters Virginia (Homer) Mora, and Belinda Vasquez, two stepsons Alex (Debbie) Vasquez and Ramiro (Sylvia) Vasquez, three brothers Narciso (Grace) Garza, Jose E. (Elva) Garza and Jesse (Rebecca) Garza Jr.,five sisters Dorica (Severo) Salinas, Dila (the late Romulo) Benavides Jr., Antonia (the late Roger) Runkle, Cidelia (Manuel) Perez and Irma Linda (Roman) Dominguez. Sixteen grandchildren, six stepgrandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, nephews and nieces. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday January 5, 2015 with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams, Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday January 6, 2015 at the St. Theresa's Catholic Church with burial following at the Garza Zamora Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Garza, David Garza, James Garza, Alex Vasquez, Romeo Villa, Jesse Roy Garza, Roel Benavides, Roy Manuel Perez, Carlos Salinas and Orlando Garza.
