Celia M. Garcia was called home by our Heavenly Father on October 2, 2016. She was born on March 15, 1922 to Seferino and Guadalupe Medina in San Ignacio, Texas. She will always be remembered for her sincere love and devotion to her family whom she made her number one priority. Her passion was gardening and her green thumb made everything grow. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Refugio Garcia of 56 years, 4 sisters, and one brother. She is survived by her daughter San Juanita Garcia-Reyes (Benito) and her son Refugio Garcia Jr.
Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
