Rita Rosemary Solly, age 84, of Rocky River, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Rita was born May 16, 1936 in Cleveland, OH.
Dearly beloved sister of Joan (Michael) Daly and the following deceased Louise Solly, Tim Solly, Lou Solly, Richard Solly, Chuck (Darlene) Solly, and Tom (Ellen) Solly, dear aunt of Rose Solly (Jesse Anderson), great aunt of Macie and a friend of many. Rita was a life long public school teacher for 34 years in Chicago. Rita was also a former Ursuline Sister. Upon her retirement she moved to Rocky River. She volunteered at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church teaching PSR, Summer Bible School, as a Eucharistic Minister and also spent time in the office helping in any needed.
Friends and Relatives are asked to meet for a Funeral Mass Friday, February 19, 2021, at 11:30 AM at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church 20970 Lorain Rd. Fairview Park, Ohio 44126.
