PHILLIP L. NEUMANN, 68, entered life eternal on February 7, 2020, after a short but intense struggle with Lewy Body Dementia. He was born on October 11, 1951 in Milwaukee, WI and was marked as a redeemed child of God through the waters of Holy Baptism exactly one month later. Phil’s life was filled with blessing after blessing and gave testimony to the goodness and mercy of God, who sustained him throughout his rapid decline into this disease. Preceding him into heaven were his parents, Carl and Ruth, and his sister-in-law, Nancy Neumann. He will be sorely missed by his loving wife of 46 years Kathy (nee Pieper), dearest children Chris (Darla), Tim (Kristi) and Carrie Royster (Louis), beloved grandchildren Taylor, Colin, Bryce, Paige, Ada, Simon and Everett, his brother Robert and many extended family members and friends. However, “we do not grieve as those who have no hope” (1 Thess.4:13) but stand firm in the promises that the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ bring. “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” (Romans 4:37) Funeral service will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church, 21485 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, OH on Thursday, February 13 at 10am. Internment at Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call at the Corrigan Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, OH for visitation at 2-4 and 6-8 on Wednesday February 12. Memorial contributions may be made in Phil’s name to Messiah Lutheran Church or the Lewy Body Dementia Association, 912 Killian Hill Road S.W., Lilburn, GA 30047. 440-331-0500 www.corrigancraciun.com
