HENRY F. DOERSAM, 80, passed away September 26, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years Dorothy and their son Kevin. He is survived by his daughter Karen Humphrey and grandchildren Laura and Paul Humphrey. He spent his early years in Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio and earned an M.S. in mechanical engineering at The Ohio State University. After working for several years in Louisville, Kentucky and Richmond, Indiana, Henry spent the remainder of his life in Evansville. Henry worked at D&M before moving on to management positions, first at GE and later at Whirlpool. His career made significant contributions to the appliance industry, and he was granted several patents. In retirement, Henry was an avid golfer and cribbage player. Friends and relatives are asked to meet for a funeral mass Thursday, October 3, at 11:30AM at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church 20970 Lorain Rd. Fairview Park, OH 44126.
