Devoted wife of the late William A., loving mother of Kathleen Schmitz (Ronald), William (Eileen), John, Robert (Jacqueline, deceased), BettyAnn Amoroso (Mark), and Michael (Chris). Beloved grandmother of Gregory, Barbara, Brian, Shawn, Adam, Erica, Elisa, Corinne, Rhiannon, and Anneliese. Beatrice was a loving daughter of the late Stephen and Helen Oster, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister of seven brothers and one sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, and cherished friend to many.
Beatrice enjoyed singing and was a member of the Valley View Singers and then first soprano for the West Shore Chorale under the direction of William Appling. She was an avid golfer and was the President of the “Hedgewood Honey’s” at the Westlake Meadow golf course. After 37 years of raising her children, Beatrice went back to college and received an Associates of Business degree in 1984 from Cuyahoga Community College while working as an accountant for ARC Associates.

Mass of Christian burial Monday, April 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at St. Angela Merici Church, 20920 Lorain Road, Fairview Park. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends may call for visitation at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home 20820 Lorain Road, Fairview Park, Sunday April 13 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
