Father, Harold Globenfelt and mother Rose Ann Lewis of Fresno, Calif. Alexis is survived by two children, Joel Landskroner of Madison, Wisconsin, and daughter, Nicole Stacy Weiner, of Los Angeles, and survived by four grandchildren, her sister, Delilah Lee Lewis and partner Karen Leigh of San Francisco, CA and her loving boyfriend, Terry Thauvette from Westlake OHIo.
Alexis lost her husband, Dr. Ronald landskroner in 2015. Before that they had a ranch in Clovis, California. Alexis loved all animals and at one point she had a horse, a dog, cat, an African gray parrot named Marley, two miniature Italian donkeys, and 36 pet goats and many exotic chickens.
Alexis hated to complain about anything and always wanted to say she was “perfect” and have as much fun as possible at all times, eat whatever she wanted, hopefully candy and ice cream daily and “shop till she dropped .”
After Ron and Alexis moved from Clovis, they went to Cayucos by the ocean, which she loved so much. She was very artistic and developed a huge passion for collecting shells and rocks and making large art pieces and planters. In her early early youth, she worked as a dental assistant, and then ran her husbands two optometry offices in Fresno, CA.
After Ron’s death, she moved Morro Bay, where she stayed until meeting Terry and then moving to Ohio to be with him about eight years ago.
Per her wishes, her ashes will be placed in the ocean at Morro Bay by her dear friend Claudia Ferretti of Los Banos, California.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 530PM to 630PM with Celebration of Life services at 630PM (the day before her birthday) she would’ve turned 78, at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd., Fairview Park, Ohio 44126.
