Sherry was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to take care of her family. She enjoyed reading and politics and had an interest in technology of all types. Mrs. Sharos collected candles and dolls and loved Doberman Pinchers. She was a diehard St. Louis Blues Hockey fan whose favorite player was Al MacInnis. She also was a St. Louis Cardinal Baseball fan. Sherry would have loved to hear Jack Buck say “That’s a winner” one more time or perhaps even more scream from the stands at Scott Trade Center one last “LETS GO BLUES”.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Muriel, nee Snyders, and Roy Kennedy, and her father, Robert Buckman.
Surviving is her husband, James Sharos, her children; Jason (Melissa) Crane of St. Louis, Missouri, Jaime (Spiros) Theodorou of Toledo, Ohio, and Jenna Sharos of Fairview Heights, Illinois, five grandchildren; Jordan and Kailey Crane, Cameran and Kendall Sharos, and Teddy Theodorou, a brother, Dr. Kenneth (Te) Buckman PhD of Edinburg, Texas, a sister, Stacy (Gus) Sharos of Collinsville, Illinois, sisters and brothers-in-law, Mitzie, George, Patty, and Frany, as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 3 pm, Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Lake View Funeral Home with Fr. Achilles Karathonos officiating. Interment will be private in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
