Ronald Arthur Schneider

Ronald Arthur Schneider, 67, passed away on Sunday February 18, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL.

He was born on May 10, 1950 in Belleville, IL, the son of the late Arthur H. and Gladys (Amann) Schneider.

Ron enjoyed spending his time working on cars, fishing, and working on projects with his friends.

He is survived by his son Scott (Wendi) Schneider of Alton, IL; grandson Joseph Bennett of Patoka, IL; brothers Dan (Judy) Schneider of Loda, IL, Jerry Schneider and Mary Hansel of Bethalto, IL, Rich Schneider and Jeff Goddard of Milford, CT; sisters Sharon (Raul) Elvins of Las Vegas, NV, Carol Schneider of Shiloh, IL, and Susie (Tim) Surmeier of Belleville; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 8 pm on Friday February 23, 2018 at Lake View Funeral Home in Fairview Heights, IL.

Funeral Service will be held at 10 am on Saturday February 24, 2018 at Lake View Funeral Home in Fairview Heights, IL.

Burial will follow at Lake View Memorial Gardens.
