Pearl Marie Eilers

Pearl Marie Eilers, 93, of Millstadt, Illinois, passed away peacefully, Monday, January 15, 2024. She was born February 23, 1930 in Collinsville, Illinois to William Otto and Mary Ann (Greener) Rupprecht. She married the love of her life, Charles H. Eilers on June 4, 1949 in Collinsville. Pearl was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to creating a sanctuary for her family. She raised six children and in her spare time found fulfillment in the simple pleasures in life, such as canning, sewing and baking. It was Pearl’s spirit of selflessness, strength and love that truly set her apart and she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors left to cherish her memory include her loving children, Louise DeRousse, Charlie (Donna) Eilers, Carol (Ray) Buesking, Mary (Doug) Pressnall, Robert “Bobby” Eilers and Mark (Chris Clark) Eilers; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles H. Eilers and granddaughter, Nicole DeRousse Maxwell.

A funeral service for Pearl will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 12:00pm in Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, IL 62208 with a visitation from 10:00am until time of service. Interment to follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens.
