Norma was known a kind and loving woman. She married the love of her life, Wilburn “Bud” Williamson, on March 15, 1951. This beautiful union brought two daughters, Donna and Tamara. She worked as a hairdresser at Sizzor Shak Salon and Color Spa. Norma loved traveling with her husband, to Florida and Lake of the Ozarks, riding along with Bud on his motorcycles. Norma was a faithful, and long-time member of the Meadow Heights Baptist Church in Collinsville. She held the memories of loved ones closely and cherished her time with her family and her dear Bud. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Nona Speith, her loving husband Wilburn “Bud” Williamson, and her sister Dorothy Nelson.
Surviving to cherish memories are her daughters: Donna Corrie, of Collinsville, IL and Tamara Griffin, of Caseyville, IL, her grandchildren: Matthew Payne, Christopher Kettler, and Amber (Clinton) Stinnett, her great-grandchildren: Jacob and Aaron Payne, Eric Wilson, and Marlee Stinnett, her siblings: Carol (Fred) Alley, John (Dorothy) Speith, Vicki (Robert) Barrett, and a number of dear relatives and friends.
